“Offering power distribution services in the responsibility area covering the provinces of İzmir and Manisa, our Company changed its software system on 29.10.2013 with the aim of offering higher quality and modern services to you, our esteemed consumers.
It was found that this system change, due to a software update, caused differences in the power consumed from 10/2013 and 8/2015 for some of our clients with private transformers. The loss our consumers incurred due to such difference have substantially been compensated. However, “reduction kwh processes” for some consumers with private transformers have been suspended due to reasons such as a change to/cancellation of the Retail Sales Contract.
To avoid any loss of right, we kindly request that consumers whose installation numbers are listed make an application to the “Department of Accrual at GDZ Elektrik Dağıtım District Directorate” in the district where they reside.
Pleaseclick hereto check the installations for which a transformer loss consumption refund will be made for incorrect consumption incurred between 2013 and 2015, as per the Letter dated 30/04/2020 and numbered 9334-1 of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.
