User Requested Technical Quality Measurements

User Requested Technical Quality Measurement Requests' are made within the scope of Article 11 of the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Technical Quality of the Electricity Distribution System.

Technical Quality Measurement Fee

ARTICLE 12 - (1) The cost of technical quality measurements made upon the user's request is covered by the user if the measurement result complies with TS EN 50160:2011 standard.

(2) In cases where the technical quality measurement device is provided by the user or the measurement results exceed the limit values ​​specified for technical quality parameters in the TS EN 50160:2011 standard and there is no increase in the person causing the change in the technical quality parameters, no fee can be requested from the user.

(3) Technical quality specifications service fee is determined by the Board for Class A and Class S devices.

(4) If the distribution company measures with a class A device instead of a class S device, the class S measurement fee is used.

Technical Quality Measurement Service Fee

At its meeting held on 25 December 2025, the Energy Market Regulatory Board decided that, pursuant to Article 2 of the Board Decision No. 10505/1 dated 21 October 2021, the technical quality measurement service fee shall be applied as set out below, effective 1 January 2026.
